MeMemo
Effective date: April 3, 2026
Last updated: April 3, 2026
By downloading, installing, or using MeMemo ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MeMemo is a personal life recording app that allows you to record summaries, plans, and keywords across different time periods (year, month, week, day). The app stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs via your personal iCloud account.
All content you create in MeMemo belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the app.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account. This feature is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and storage limitations. We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service issues.
MeMemo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. We recommend keeping regular backups of important records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of MeMemo, including but not limited to data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
